Brian Cowdery can design and build whatever you can imagine. Give him anything from a simple idea to a photo and he'll take it from there. Most of the pieces pictured here are from twelve to fifteen inches long, but he has done work in much larger sizes as well.
Starting with sheets of heavy gauge steel, it's sheared to size and hand fabricated to create whatever you desire. Graphics can be hand painted or decals can be made and applied. Prices are surprisingly affordable for such labor intensive custom metal work.
PLEASE NOTE: WE HAD APPROXIMATELY 5,000 SMALL SPOKED ALUMINUM WHEELS CAST AT A FOUNDRY 43 YEARS AGO AND WE HAVE USED ALL OF THEM. WE WILL NOT BE HAVING ANY MORE CASTING DONE, SO WE HAVE CEASED MAKING THE FLIVVER TYPE VEHICLES WHICH REQUIRE THOSE WHEELS. We thought it would be appropriate to make the final Flivver a carved panel hearse. We're looking forward to many new and interesting future vehicles and other projects!
